Strategic Acquisition

We are currently investigating a strategic acquisition in North America. A potential acquisition target has been identified and due diligence is now being performed. Once finalized, this acquisition will help to cement our role as a significant player in the printed goods market in North America and establish a physical point of presence so we can better serve our customer base in the Americas.
