The Hong Kong Food Expo is on right now! The first day was really interesting, but we covered only 10% of the entire show. Still, we managed to connect with growers from Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, the Phillipines and more. Aside from the coffee itself, we also took a look at the different machines on offer (many of which were beautiful to see) and also explored the different ways that coffee might be packaged for the different extraction technologies that we use today (Loose, ESE, Capsule). It was a great day and we plan to return tomorrow.
